| Ability to restructure or refinance the Silver Loan. The ability to modify, restructure, and/or refinance the Silver Loan is a material risk to the Company. The Companys ability to secure additional capital from equity, and/or debt to refinance the Silver Loan will be critical in the event the Company and Monetary Metals are unable to agree to a modification and/or restructuring relating to scheduled interest payments or prior to maturity. There can be no assurance that the Silver Loan will be modified and/or restructured or any such source of funds will be secured. Discussions with Monetary Metals continue regarding a modification and/or restructuring of the Silver Loan, however, there is no assurance these discussions will result in a satisfactory resolution to reduce the risk to the Companys ability to meet these obligations, in full or in part, without alternation to the Companys current business plans. |
