While this activity can be seen as friendly to investors, waivers, deferrals and reductions of fees and costs result in higher returns to investors the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 and in its Quarteran such investors would receive if full fees and costs were charged. Any distributions MSC Income pays to its stockholders from sources other than cash flow from operations or relying on fee waivers, deferrals or reductions, if any, from the Adviser are not based on MSC Incomes investment performance, and can be sustained only Report on Form 10-Q fif MSC Income achieves positive investment performance in future periods and/or the Adviser continues to waive, defer or reduce such fees or the qcosts, if any.
